Return Policy

Returns:

  • You have 30 days from the date of delivery to return items.
  • Items must be in unused, unopened, and resalable condition to qualify for a return.
  • Some items, such as personalized or final sale products, are not eligible for return.

How to return an item:

  1. Contact us at info@roguerye.com to initiate a return. Please include your order number and the reason for the return.
  2. We’ll provide you with instructions on how to send the item back.
  3. Return shipping is at the customer’s expense, unless the return is due to a defective or incorrect item.

Refunds:

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you of approval or rejection of your refund.
  • If approved, a refund will be issued to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.
  • Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable, unless we made an error with your order.

Exchanges:

  • We do not offer direct exchanges. If you'd like a different size, color, or item, please return the original purchase and place a new order.

Damaged or Defective Items:

  • If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at info@roguerye.com with photos and a description of the issue. We’ll arrange for a replacement or full refund at no extra cost.
