The Bonnet Mushroom Embroidered Patch by Blackbird Letterpress is based on an original linocut illustration by artist Élise Lassonde, translating the mushroom’s slender stem and delicate cap into richly textured embroidery.

At approximately 4 inches tall, its long, narrow shape makes a lovely botanical addition to a jacket, backpack, tote, hat, or other fabric favorite.

The patch can be ironed on or sewn on, with simple application instructions included.

Blackbird Letterpress is an independent Louisiana studio with roots in traditional letterpress printing. What began with an 1,100-pound Chandler & Price press in a small back-room printshop has grown into a busy studio filled with vintage presses, rescued type, and a great deal of hands-on making.
