The Champion Set

Critical Role’s Champion Dice Set series is an imagined depiction of a character’s epic endgame, carrying familiar character inspiration forward to envision them at the height of their power.

The Dice

This set includes 7 sharp-edged epoxy resin polyhedral dice.

Dice included: d4, d6, d8, d10, d12, d20, percentile die

The dice feature light lilac purple numbering, with an Essek-inspired Beacon icon in place of the 20 on the d20.

Because of the nature of the resin and inclusions, exact coloration and placement may vary between individual dice and sets.

Champion Set Packaging

The dice arrive in a custom illustrated display box with a Critical Role logo-shaped window, surrounded by artwork depicting Essek powered up and preparing a formidable incantation.

Inside, a lilac purple velveteen drawstring bag embroidered with the Critical Role logo keeps the dice protected between adventures.

Essek Thelyss is a powerful dunamancer and an important figure in Critical Role’s Mighty Nein campaign, portrayed by Dungeon Master Matthew Mercer.

His complicated relationship with the Mighty Nein—and his journey through ambition, consequence, friendship, and possibility—made him one of the campaign’s most memorable characters.
