Why We Love Them

All five represent playable Humblewood races. That makes this more than a set of encounter-specific NPCs.

They're wonderfully reusable. Once the Bandit Coalition has played its part, the figures can return to the table as player characters, allies, rivals, townsfolk, or entirely new NPCs.

They put Humblewood's folk on the map. For a setting with such distinctive characters, having physical representations of several playable races helps make the Wood feel populated.
