Home Is Where You Are 3D House Greeting Card

A tiny home filled with big heart.

The Home Is Where You Are 3D House Card turns a thoughtful note into a miniature house made to stay. Letterpress printed in mustard and soft lavender-grey inks on thick 118# cotton paper, the card arrives flat and die-cut, then transforms with a few folds and a little glue into a freestanding paper home.

Send it across town or across the country, celebrate a new address, welcome someone home, or remind a favorite person that home has less to do with a place than with who is there. Once assembled, the little house is ready for a desk, shelf, or windowsill.

Why We Love It

A card, a little craft, and a tiny house to keep. We love that “home” gets to become something you can actually build—and that a few words sent to someone you love can end up standing on their shelf long after the envelope is gone.

Why We Love the Maker

Blackbird Letterpress makes paper feel special.

Founded in Louisiana around an 1,100-pound Chandler & Price press, Blackbird Letterpress has grown from a tiny back-room printshop into a working studio filled with vintage presses, rescued type, beautiful paper, and a couple of famously frisky shop dogs. Their work celebrates the tactile character of letterpress printing and the pleasure of making something thoughtfully by hand.
