“The only place I can feel free is where I can see the mountains stretched out for miles in front of me.”
Mountain Dreams captures that moment when the landscape opens up and the mountains seem to go on forever. Layered peaks stretch toward the horizon, holding onto the particular sense of freedom that comes from being somewhere high enough to see just how much world is still out there.
Hand printed by Natalie Andrewson in her Los Angeles studio, this three-color Risograph layers blue, fluorescent orange, and yellow inks to create a warm, luminous landscape.

Why We Love It
That first line says almost everything. This one captures the feeling of reaching a place where the view suddenly gets very big—and whatever has been taking up too much room in your head gets a little smaller.
About the Risograph Process
Risograph printing is delightfully imperfect. Each color is printed separately, so slight shifts in registration and occasional roller marks are a natural part of the process. These variations give every print its own character.
About the Artist
Natalie Andrewson is an illustrator, cartoonist, and printmaker known for vibrant, narrative Risograph prints. Inspired by the fantasy and folklore she grew up with among the creeks and woods of North Carolina, she now lives and works in Los Angeles, printing from her Atwater Village studio.
