Tokyo Collective “Himitsu” — Risograph Print (11" x 17")
Originally created as the cover art for Tokyo Collective’s annual Tokyo anthology Himitsu, this striking piece reflects the theme of secret (the meaning of “Himitsu” in Japanese) through layered color, movement, and narrative detail. The anthology debuted in November 2019, with each contributor exploring the idea of hidden stories, whispered magic, and inner worlds.
This edition is a hand-printed reprint produced by Natalie Andrewson in her Los Angeles studio, recreated using fluorescent pink, yellow, and federal blue Risograph inks for a vivid, glowing interpretation.

About the Risograph Process
Risograph printing is a unique, imperfect process where each color layer is applied one at a time. Because of this, slight shifts in registration and occasional roller marks can occur—small quirks that make every Riso print perfect in its own way. Each piece is inspected for quality and printed with care.
