Party Cats Washi Tape features a cheerful parade of illustrated cats in colorful party hats, designed by artist Shelley Couvillion. At 15mm wide, it's an easy little burst of celebration for journals, planners, cards, gift wrap, collage, and other paper craft projects.

Use it for borders and embellishments, tear off a few party cats wherever they're needed, or deploy the entire feline celebration. Some projects simply call for more cats in hats.
