Step into the illustrated world of Matt Dixon, where adorable mechanical friends hum to life and teamwork is… optional, but sharing is required. Transmissions is a clever strategy game where players share robots as workers, moving around a rondel-style board to collect engrams and electricity.
Use those resources to gather ideas that improve how you use the robots, or snag items that score points at the end of the game. Along the way you’ll build your own network of connected, flowing pipes—and if you can collect birds and butterflies, you’ll score even more.
The game ends when no ideas remain, a player’s robots are complete, or no pipes are left to build. After everyone takes the same number of turns, the player with the highest score wins.
It’s strategic without being icy, with a unique worker selection + sharing mechanism, incredible illustrations, and miniature robots that make the table feel instantly inviting.
