Awarded a Bronze Medal at the 2025 International Chocolate Awards, this small-batch confection is made just steps from our new Portland home by Ranger Chocolate Co., established in 2013. Ranger is known for its meticulous, small-batch process, a creamy mouthfeel, and intentionally minimal ingredient lists. They source only super-premium, organic cacao through Fair Trade or better partnerships, and they produce chocolate not only for their own lineup but for other makers and food & beverage artisans across the Pacific Northwest.
