Ranger pairs Salitral cacao from Peru with Pure Flake Finishing Salt from Jacobsen Salt Co., harvested on the Oregon Coast. Rather than scattering the salt across the surface, Ranger folds the delicate flakes directly into the chocolate, bringing little flashes of salt and texture throughout each bite.
